I don't know how big a die you want, but there is this one from Sizzix. The link is to our UK site, but I'm sure you'd find it on Sizzix .com.

The Impression Obsession leaves set has a maple leaf along with others if a variety might tempt you! The dies emboss the veins on the leaves as well as cutting so they do have a nice realistic look. I have this set so can measure any individual leaf if you need dimensions - just let me know.

OK, I measured across the tips at the top (the red line on this pic) which looks like the widest point - it's an inch and five eighths. From the top tip to the end of the stem is an inch and seven eighths.

You're welcome! The horse chestnut leaf in that set is my favourite leaf die of any I've seen, I think! Hope the maple works well for what you have in mind.
