You can get a Japanese Tool Punch and drill bits for it from Bonnie's Best Tools. I'm sorry - I would include the link, but I don't know how to do it. Jan
Yes - Bonnies Best is the BEST place to order....you get 7 drill bits, a small mat, and a cute little eyeglass case with this. This is the REAL Japanese Screw Punch/Book Drill - even goes through book board! One of the best tools out there!
You could also try Lee Valley Tools Ltd. The web address is www.leevalley.com
They call it a spiral punch set. I have admired it but never (yet) bought it, so I can't tell you how the quality is. Their item are usually pretty good (I have several items!!) and they have other really cool stuff - especially in their Christmas Gift catalogue!
Julie, I have one that was my father's, lol...it's made by Stanley. It's a little longer-handled than the Japanese screw punch, but does the same thing, probably for a little less. I love it because the bits store right in the handle...
I have one that is manufactured by Yasutomo. I just love it. Paid $46.50 last August with one 3mm bit. Bought to addl bits at $8 and $9.00. A bit pricey but wouldn't be without it. I haven't used the manual punch setter with my trusty hammer in over a year. Definitely a wish list item no matter where you buy it!
