No, Stazon won't wash of but that's probably a good thing (you don't want something that's going to smear onto people's clothes etc if they brush against it). You could use a rag dampened with a bit of rubbing alcohol to remove it when the season's over.
Alternatively, Brilliance ink will stamp and dry on slick surfaces. It should wash/wipe off with a bit of elbow grease when you're done with it.
Either way, I'd suggest you check on something like glass from an old picture frame to make sure you're happy with the level of effort required to remove whatever you use.
