Default ink pad storage caddy!

this is an old 8-track storage rack that i have recycled into an ink pad storage caddy! i hope you like it!

i am a 'cheap chic' i love to recycle and re purpose things. i got this at a thrift shop for about $3.00 i brought it home and spray painted it white and decorated it. LOVE IT!

you can check it out if you'd like! thanks!

 Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

i am also checking to see if i successfully added a link to my post- hey! i'm an old dog and i am trying to learn some new tricks! i recently learned how to upload pix too! here goes! "fingers crossed"

I can't see it. It says "This category does not contain any images."

I am in desperate need of storage solutions for my huge collection of all kinds of craft stuff.

Yea!!! It worked.
That is way cool! Maybe that's what I need for my sizzix dies. I can't stand the thought of spending as much on a storage shelf as I spent on the dies! :?

What's an eight track?

Just joking!!! I did have an 8 rack on my first stereo. But I bet there are some here who have never seen one!! Great storage-on-the-cheap idea! thanks for sharing.

That is a great idea, WTG!!! I don't have many ink pads yet but I need something to store them in too. I am trying to get all the SU colors, I have all the stampin' spots but need bigger ink pads for the stamps.

That is "good old mid west thinkin'" I also haunt thrift stores Goodwill and garage sales and I am never at a loss,...I got cassette holders(oak) to match the woodwork in my craftroom it has spokes and it holds all my ribbon, can push out every other spoke on one shelf for larger spools. Also found a cassett shelf that holds my old stampin up stamp pads,$1.99. Got one for $2.00 that holds the larger ones all match, love it.

WOW!!

Your ink storage works GREAT!

I am so excited, I just found a HUGE wooden cassette holder at Goodwill yesterday, it was $.59. LOL! I saw it and said, YES! That is just might work! I am SOO happy to see now that it really might! I have to wait for my SU! order to come in. To find out for sure though.

Thanks for posting this!
