I have a question, I'm hoping someone may be able to help me with. A few months ago, I bought some ICraft Alpha dies. It took me a while to open them, as I'd ordered some Avery Elle sleeves for my die storage and was waiting for them to arrive. Anyway, when I did finally open them to put them away, I discovered my Upper case set was missing the 'R'.
I emailed the store I bought them from, and I did get a reply saying they'd see if they had one they could send me. That was a couple on months ago, and although I've emailed a couple of times since, I've had no response. I'm surprised, as it's quite a well known company here in the UK.
The web address that can be seen on the packaging doesn't seem to actually exist. The only images I've found online lead to a company in India I've also emailed and had no reply( twice)- The Craft Studio.
What I'm wondering is, does anyone have any idea who actually manufactures these dies? Is it The Craft Studio? Or someone else? If anyone has any contact details for the manufacturer, I'd be really grateful, as I can't seem to get anywhere. If it was an 'X' or a 'Z', I wouldn't be so annoyed! Thanks in advance folks.
Hi Heather, thank you! I never actually thought to do a Facebook search over here, I'll check see if they have a UK one too. I've contacted them via that link now. Really appreciate the help.
Just checked, no FB page in the UK. But I did message from your link, and that also has a web addy that is different from the one on the boxes, so I got an email off to them too! Thanks so much Heather, maybe the end of this saga is in sight! I'm still really irritated by the store I bought it from though. No response to emails, and I feel bad when I do cave and send them another!
Hi Heather, a really big thank you for that link! I had a reply to my post within about half an hour! They are going to contact the seller I bought from, to see if they still have some stock, but she has said they will make this right, one way or another! I'd have never thought to try Facebook.com without your help.
Hi again Heather, just wanted to update you. Had another message from the manufacturer today, they are sending the letter I need to the store I bought from, along with more stock, today, so they can send it on to me. So the end is in sight. I'm so pleased, and can't thank you enough for taking the trouble to find a link for me.
What has annoyed me is the terrible customer service from the store I bought from. They could have resolved this months ago, even if they'd only sent me the link to the manufacturer. So, one lost customer here. But total respect to ICraft, who have shown they truly do understand how to do customer service extremely well.
