that you can color brads and acrylic pieces with Copic markers. I tried it and the ink dries a little tacky.
Has anyone heard this before? Is there some way to make the ink dry completely? Am I imagining things?

After you color them, you can give a quick and light coat of clear nail polish to seal them.

If you buy white Kandi, the rounded paper embellishments which have the appearance of a large brad without the bulk, they take Copic colors great.

I've had the tacky result and I read that was the result of applying too much ink.

So I began to apply a light coat and let it dry. If I wanted a deeper color, I applied a little more and let it dry. This has been working for me - no more tacky ! HTH.
