check out the dollar store for the painting pads - that is where i get a set of 3 for a buck!

I have found that a microfiber cleaning cloth, again dollar store, that I use for a dishcloth works better than the painting pads because they do spatter, it works better than the stampin' scrub too because it is too darn small for a BG stamp.

I spritz the stamp with cleaner + a spritz of water so that it is nice and wet then wipe it with the microfiber cloth and so far I have had excellent results with no residual ink left on the rubber at all.

Me too. The scrubber pad usually has a dry spot somewhere, so that part won't get clean unless you can wet it. This method works better than re-misting the whole scrubber pad, which would just get the stamp soapy instead of clean.

I rinse mine under the faucet in the kitchen sink first, put stamp cleaner on, scrub with a tooth brush, rinse off (often I just use my hand to do that final rinse) and pat it dry on a lint-free towel and lean it up against the splash board until dry. I've found too often that I get linties in the crevices of my stamps. But when dry, then I just use a nice blush brush from the makeup department to brush it off. By the way I have several BG stamps still on wood and some are over 10 years old and still work just fine!

I clean all my rubber stamps with KissOff, a little bit of water and a cheapo ($5.00) battery powered toothbrush...there's no splatters with the battery toothbrush (don't know why!). The battery has lasted for ages and ages.
