Post HELP Needed - ERASABLE Colored Pencils

Thanks for all who replied to advice on replacing some of my marker....I have decided to just replace few of my Prismas.

Due to the Parkinsons I am now headed toward needing in the near future a set of
ERASABLE Colored Pencils....hopefully watercolred one so I can blend in the lines.
I am having trouble staying within the lines so ERASable is a must.

I appreciate the suggestion of using the chalks which I do have, but the colors are so muted.

So.....anny help with Eraseable pencils would be appreciated,

Thanks to all replies!

Blessings,
Debbie

I don't know the differences between various pencils when it comes to erasability, but I would suggest buying a good battery powered eraser. It gets the job done fast with minimal distressing of the paper. Mine is a Sakura. I ordered it through an art supplier, but office suppliers may also have them.

My father lived with Parkinson's for twenty-five years. You have some improved treatments, but it is still a tough journey.

Take care.

Walmart is carrying the 24 pack of erasable colored pencils by Crayola in the school supply aisle for less than four dollars. I'm having great luck with them. Kay

I recently purchased this set of colored pencils because I was taking a navagation course and used them for working on the big maps. They seemed to mark fine and were erasable. The battery operated eraser sounds good though.

2nd vote for the Crayola erasables. I don't think the colors are very vibrant, but they are beautiful for muted tones.

The tradional Prisma pencils are eraseable, but like a previouse poster noted, I'd also suggest an electric eraser- check out Wilsons Art Supply here in Cincy, they have them with the drafting supplies. I have watercolor pencils, but I have never tried to actually erase them so I don't know if that works or not.

I have these: http://www.officeworld.com/Worlds-Bi...SAN20517/09Q1/ The Col-Erase Colored pencils by Sanford are very nice. I have had them for years.

As far as chalk goes, how about this: http://www.7kidscollegefund.com/Sear...chalk+enhancer Do you think that might help you "brighten up" the colors?

I hope you are enjoying all the images I sent you! I have not seen you "around here" for a while. Take care of yourself!

I vote for these...that is if we get a vote....but some of the colors aren't completely erasable from what I've seen . So test it first!

Invest in a high-quality eraser. I have three different ones that I love- one is grey and very rubbery; the other two are white. Depending on how heavy my stroke is I can erase my Prismacolor mistakes with any of them.

Check out the art supply section of your craft store. I think they cost around $2 or $3.
