Talking Gold Dust - ideas needed

So my husband gave me this tube of gold dust flakes in my stocking for Christmas and I have NO idea how to use them. Anyone have any ideas or samples of what they might have done with this product that could inspire some ideas in my brain?

I think it's used mostly for gilding. I know you can gild on paper but I've never done it before so I'm sorry I can't offer you the specifics for this technique.

Hi there,

You may need to get some special size that you put onto the item that you want to put you gold flakes onto. It's like a glue that dries tacky and the flakes will stick to it and then you rub gently to ensure that they have adhered.

HTH

Do you think you could use it with one of the sticky tapes (like you do with a normal glitter)?
