Default Glimmer Mist - what are your favorite vintage-y colors?

I'm starting to get the hang of using GM, but I only have one bottle. Love to add more, especially in the vintage colors. Open to other most used colors as well. TIA!

Molly

I would suggest the Walnut Gold that is just awesome as a top coat or a vintage flair. I also really love tattered rose.

My favourite one right now is a homemade colour with the DecoArt metallic paint colour called Rich Espresso. Its kind of chocolatey brown color, but has a beautiful sheen. I got the paint at Michaels for 99cents and the way I'm going through it (even tho those little bottles last forever), I think I should by a couple more bottles and bigger spray bottles.

Cat_women, how are you making this with the paint and a spray bottle?

I put a few drops of the paint in a mini mister, then fill with water and that's it. The paint has a lot of pigment and shimmer, so you only need 3 or 4 drops. Once its dry, the shimmer doesn't rub off either. The DecoArt paint is really nice - so nice I went out and bought it in antique gold and polished silver.

Great idea Cat Woman!! I'm going to have to try that!

Right now my favorite Glimmer Mist is tattered leather and their new glam product in hay ride.

I never heard of Deco Art paint and I go to MIchael's all the time. I can't wait to try these, as I love creating things myself. (Thanks for sharing cat woman. Love the ID.) I think most of the GM can be used for a vintage look but recently I just used 2 pinks and a purple and dyed my own rayon ribbon and it turned out gorgeous ... dried more subtle that it looked at first. Awesome vintage ribbon!

wheatfields, old lace, and creme de cocoa in addition to the walnut gold already mentioned are some good vintage-y colors.
