Flower soft question

I've seen Flower Soft advertised and it seems like it adds a whole new dimension to cards. I was thinking of using it on a Christmas card, with the focal point being a large pine tree outdoors.

If you've used Flower Soft, would this work well on such a large stamped area?

The rule with Flower Soft is less is more. I would use it on your tree but not entirely cover the whole thing.

I wouldn't attempt to use Flower Soft on the whole tree either. I bought some a few months ago intending to use it to cover flowers. Bad idea. All the design features disappear if you use too much. I've found it works best as an accent embellishment, i.e., the center of a flower, or the outline of a flower. It's sensational as stalks of flowers on wire in a vase. Have fun!
