Default Exacto paper cutter find
I stopped at a thrift store today and found an Exacto rotary paper cutter for $3 Have used it a few times and really like it.........seems to be really sharp cuts.. anybody else use exacto cutter???

I am amazed how sharp a cut I get with the xacto paper cutter.

they actually sell the Exacto cutter at Walmart (made by Elmers now) and retail is $33.00 Wow that is a lot but I really really like the cutter.
