and I just HAVE to make it. HAVE TO LOL I absolutely love it.
Anyhow, I ordered Lawn Fawns stitched rectangle stackable die cuts (along with the square ones as well) If I buy the circle ones, will I get the same effect as this card with the cut out circle? I told you......dumb question. I am just now really trying to get into die cuts.

It looks like Dawn used two dies to cut that circle frame.
Based on her materials list, she used a stitched circle to cut the outside, and then used a smaller plain circle to cut the inside of the frame.
You would place both circles on the piece you were cutting and tape them down so that they stay centered on each other and then run them thru the machine.
