i am kicking myself for not cutting out the page of whatever it was that i was reading when i saw this.
i saw some scrap page that had doodles all over it with white gel pen. in the column about the page, she said she had used some doodle template?!?
so here's my question to you...
what doodle templates are out there? i have seen chatterbox (didn't care for it) and creative memories (also, didn't care for it). i am looking for one that is kinda "flourishy".
I don't know if this will help, but check out www.craftersworkshop.com - they've got some really cute doodle templates - in fact, I hope that I can get most of them by the end of the year!!
Aren't they great? We ordered Doodling Templates in two sizes and in about 17 different patterns for our store. I'm going to decorate my luggage using the 12x12 templates, and I'm making cards and altering light switch covers with the 6x6 ones. FUN stuff!
oops - sorry, it was www.thecraftersworkshop.com - they have great ones. you can't buy them on their site, but there are great ideas and a link to how to use them.

I have to agree with the Crafters Workshop templates. I think I have at least a dozen of them. They really are great - and not just for doodling! Some of the newer templates have borders that are great to cut around (and easy if you have a rotating exacto blade. I've used them for brad and eyelet placement guides, border cutting guides, journaling lines (with pencil, erased with white eraser), etc! They really are GREAT!
You guys are a bunch of enablers - tee hee! I love those doodling templates! I didn't even know I needed them till I saw them LOL. Seriously, I'm making my own planner again this year and those will be great to embellish/decorate the pages. I also think the large one w/journaling lines is perfect. I have the retired SU! journaling stamps but sometimes they are too small and I am to lazy to use the positioner so I end up stamping somewhat crooked. Thanks!

I am looking for a template of a "swirl" to use on a scrapbook page. Visualize a simple flourish about 1" wide. I think it was "Design Quotes" that sold them at a couple conventions but I did not want the whole package.
