I just went to M's to exchange my alpha set because the big letter C is flat on the top, it's not completely curved, the new one is the same way, anyone else have this problem?

Very common problem...many on here have called Provocraft and they will replace them no problem. Most have had quick service...I haven't got mine yet and it's got to be 6 weeks now. Must call them again!!

Yup, just call their 800 number. Mine took about 3 weeks to get here. I assume that since the plates are Made In China that they are at the mercy of the boats and their delivery of the item.

I got my replacement in about a week.

I had the same problem. Provocraft if very nice about it. They even ask me to check my other letters while they waited on the line. Got my new plate in about a week.

I'm so happy I have this site for info! Mine is the same way. I will call them first of the week!
