Cuttlebug Embossing Border Folders

I just received 3 of the Cuttlebug Embossing Border folders ordered from Stamping Cottage (placed order on Wednesday AM, delivered Friday). I was using them last night in my BIGkick and discovered that if I use them according to the instructions in the Cuttlebug manual I get a strange outcome. I have been using all the embossing folders for the past 2 years the same way, but with these border folders, all of them are recessed on the front and raised on the back. The folders are backwards from all the others I have too.

It's not really a big deal now that I know, but think it's strange they are made that way and different from all the others.

I just wrote an e-mail to ask Provo about it. I'll be interested to see what they say, if anything.

Has anyone else found this same outcome?

Yes I noticed that as well so I put a dot on the "front" of the border folders to remind me . I know I will remember only after the fact. LOL

goodness, never caught that!!! I changed a design because of it and thought I goofed...

I discovered they were backwards too, just have to remember to turn them over.
