Default Cuddlebug and SU letterpress

I have been searching through every post and blog mentioned I can find here on Splitcoast and have not been able to determine if the cuddlebug works with the SU letterpress plates. all the thread seem to be very old and never come up with an answer to this question.

So, as of August 2011, can anyone tell me if the Cuddlebug works with the SU letterpress plates? I would like to buy that new fan letterpress, but I am not going to buy a Big Shot.

My friend has a CB and used the Valentine featured letterpress plates in her machine. Have you check YouTube? I think I saw one on there that used the CB. As long as the plate isn't wider than slightly less then 6", it should fit. From a quick glance in the SU catty, the plate looks to be the same width as a texture plate and that fits in my CB. (I don't own any letterpress plates)

I have one of the largest letterpress plates, and it measures 6 x 8 inches. Even though I don't have a cuttlebug, I know they work in my big shot, and wizard. These embossing plates are extra ordinary. Using them with letterpress paper or watercolor paper, with the embossing plate brayered with ink, is so empressive. They give such deep empressions, yet raised impressions.

Here is a card I did using a narrow letterpress emboss plate with watercolor paper, and brayered ink onto plate
