Good morning,
You can buy a can of repositional spray glue, i think i got mine at Walmart.
Have you tried to wash your mat and then let it air dry, sometimes that alone will make it sticky again.

Baby Wipes, Just wipe it over the mat and it gets all the paper fuzz off and when it dries it sticky again.

I used quilters basting spray. Make sure that you only spray them a little becuase that stuff if super sticky and also be sure to make sure that the mat is completely dry before you use it.

Try two way glue also. This is what I have been using as I was going thru mats like crazy. Since I started doing this mine last 2-3 times as long.

I just had someone ask me about this too, so I found my article I wrote about getting the mats resticky. I use Krylon, but I have a particular "method" for how to use it:

I have used krylon and zig 2 way.

I prefer the zig. I find it much easier to control where the glue goes. Taping the edges, then spraying and fumes....

And a bottle of Zig lasts a long time.
