Default copic conundrum

Oh wise and learned, Attend unto my plea!

Since the Blendabilities didn't work out, I guess I'll make the jump to Copics. My questions are, 1.Should I still use the Memento pad with them? and 2. Has someone already figured out which Copics match our colors?

TIA!

Hi Annie! Yes, Memento ink is recommended for Copics and other alcohol based markers. Check out the forum's section of charts for colors that match up to SU.

If you need help using Copics here is Marianne's blog. She is the woman that brought Copics into the craft world. She has many tips and tutorials within her blog just search for them.

Her books are a great resource too. She has the images she uses for instruction in the book for you to reproduce and practice the techniques she shows. Some books were written with Colleen Schaan, another Copic instructor. They're easy to follow and great visual aids. I've found them to be really helpful for various techniques. Good luck, Copics are one of my favorite "go to" mediums. The more you use them, the more comfortable and better you become.

Online card classes also had a Copic class which you can still subscribe to, just not live anymore. Love my Copics and you will find great help in all of the suggested sources on what you want to do. Find a good source for purchasing online (Oozak) if you do not have a LSS that handles them.
