Default Chip board coaters and ink pad storage

Well this is a two part question. Where is everyone getting their chip board coasters? I don't have a Michaels or AcMoore here so I have limited places. Does anyone have the ink pad storage from STampin up and do you like it? Thanks Shawnee

I can only address the first question cuz I don't have the ink pad storage.

Chipboard coasters are not sold at Michael's or any craft store. In my opinion the best way to get them is to force your family and friends to "steal" them from restaurants and bar areas for you! I just did this last night, again! We went to Chili's to meet DH's old friend from High School, and there on the table was a lovely stack of rectangular chipboard coasters with some beer ad on them! Cha Ching! I immediately grabbed them and looked at the waitress and said, "Ooooh, can I have these?" She looked at me with that "are you kidding" look and said, "uh....sure" then I proceeded to ask if I could have a few more. DH and the 13 yr old were practically under the table with embarasment!!! Hey, she even brough me another stack! I left the restaurant with 30 of those bad boys and I'll be fixin them up as soon.

Bottom line, be on the lookout wherever you go to eat, practice your poor puppy look, take a big purse!

I think the coasters from chilis are too thin. I get mine from American Coaster Company. Good Luck:mrgreen: AND INK OMG!!!! I just ordered the Ink Dek 68 from dekdevelopment. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE it. If my usb port worked I would upload a photo. It is HUGE!!! Like the size of my 9 year old. I was SHOCKED! when it came. I almost had no room for it, but I worked it out and I LOVE IT. Check out his page. My next purchase from him is going to be a custom paper holder. Good Luck!!!

I found this website to sell the coasters cheap outside of purchasing a bulk order. eclecticpaperie.com. You'll find coasters under "Alter This".

Hope this helps

I get the coasters from american coaster. I order 2000 at a time and trust me they go FAST on here! I have another order arriving this week.
As far as the SU ink catty.....I cannot stand it:( . Poorly made in my opinion and does not spin like it should. That is just my opinion.
I have a wood wall mounted unit and I LOVE it!
