I have separate brayers for light and dark colors because eventually the black and red will cause permanent stains.
I wash under running water first, to remove excess ink. Then I use the Scrub and Mist to finish cleaning them. On occasion I will use StazOn cleaner as well (if they look yucky).

I just spritz a little stamp cleaner onto a folded paper towel and run my brayer over that a few times. Darker inks may require a second treatment. Then to dry it off, I just run it over another clean paper towel. HTH
I take mine to the sink and run it under water. ***gasp***
I seldom use it for more that one thing at a time so when I'm done and cleaning up... sometimes days later... (ok, maybe weeks later)... I just wash it off and it dries just fine.
I too just wash my rubber brayer in the sink under running water! Works like a charm. I bought mine at Michael's with a 40% off coupon. I only have one brayer but I love it!!
I have one that I purchased to accompany the lined templates - we used them at a stamp club I went to a couple years back. I cannot for the life of me get it to work right! Is there some sort of secret? Is there something you guys use your brayers for that I could at least get SOMETHING out of it, lol? It is currently just hanging out in my craft room and going to waste!
