HELP! There is a product out to rub over your printed stamp so that the ink won't bleed into your pen when coloring. I wrote it down on a piece of scrap paper. Mistake!! I usually transfer notes into my notebook before tossing them. Guess I missed this one. Your help would be most appreciated.
Ohhhh . . . I'd like to know, too! Although I haven't had any problems with images bleeding with my Copics . . . I usually print them, then let them sit overnight. Works like a charm!
Hmmm . . . I wonder if it's safe to use with Copics (alcohol based markers). I know that Marianne Walker, Copic Rep, said NOT to use SU Whisper White CS because it has a "coating" on it that will ruin your markers. Anyone know about Copic compatability with Micro Glaze?
re Microglaze, I am not sure how effective this would be for waterbased marker/watercolour techniques? It is a wax sealant and will repel water, your paint would probably bead on the microglaze. Copics would color on it though but act differently than on regular CS or paper.
Mel (stampztoomuch) did something on her blog last week----it was her May 9 post under techniques. That darn gal does it all, doesn't she? Hope that helps.

I really cheat when I print out my digital images. I print them out at work on the laser printer so I will not have any problems with ink. I color with Prismacolor pencils and baby oil so I was not going to take a chance.
I use an ink jet printer with my digital images and I generally have no problem with smearing. It helps if you wait a few minutes to make sure the ink is very dry. If I'm in a hurry, I'll heat set the image with my heat gun. I really want to try the microglaze after reading about it on Mel's blog, but I haven't found/bought it yet.

I do this too!! Works great :mrgreen:
I don't currently have any way to download the cards, but I've been using digital stamps, they are pretty cool.
I'm glad I checked back here. I haven't had trouble with my digital printouts if they dry over night until tonight. I use le plume II which is water based. If you have been to Pink Petticoat, Liz uses chalk to color all of her stamps. Must check out stampztoomuch. Didn't know you could use baby oil with the Prismacolor pencils. Thanks everyone . . . {{{hugs}}}
