Default Purse Box Template

There are two PDFs here: one with dotted score lines & one without them so you can print right on DP if you wanna. (I cleaned up my act with these templates so there are no more messy spots that waste patterned paper when you print directly onto your paper.)

OR HERE (a tidier version) with a note top (& 2 more sizes): Medium Note Topped Purse: Template & Printable Patterns - Splitcoaststampers

Box measurements: 5 2/8" at the bottom; 4ish inches at the opening; 1 1/2" deep. 6" tall with handle. I like using a 1" by 8" piece for the handle. :O)

SCS post here for the pink & black purses: jeweled Purse Boxes (with template) by stampztoomuch - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers

here for the patterned & stamped purse. Blog tutorial here: Mel Stampz: J is for... Jeweled Purse Boxes (for the ABC Challenge Blog!)

Or here for the blog tut with the LPS flourish & snowflake ornament

VARIATIONS
:

There are others here:

[a purse template exactly like this with a flat top (and a label shaped purse flap) with smaller sizes]

Small Flat Top purse & stuff linked here on scs: http:////www.splitcoaststampers.com/...l#post12298094
Medium Flat Top purse, Score Guide & stuff linked here on scs:http:////www.splitcoaststampers.com/...l#post12298213

I wanted to add a Scor-Pal grid (with gems) to a purse for the ABC challenge blog jewel challenge, so I made this purse box template. :O)

The finished purses end up measuring 5 1/4 wide at the bottom by 3 1/2 inches high. They're 1 1/2 inches deep. You may need to print on boarderless printing to get it all to print. Hope it works okay for you.

3x3 or 4x4 inch notecards and envelopes would fit nicely in 'em or a little gift maybe.

Hope it's useful to you,
:O)

Thank you so much for the template. I was having difficulties with the PDF download, tried for several days, so I used the JPG image and did a redraw of it. I added a strap to the back of the purse and changed the angle of the side panels so they met across the bottom of the purse, but it's still a Mel Stampz purse!

Here is my purse.

Question what paper print temples out on? printer will take 12x12.... All templates are different so I confused I wanted a bar soap the measurement 3 and 3 quarters by 2 1/2 H in the purse, I wanted different templates So I can see witch one like best. I Can do 81/2x11 Cardstock But sure if any of then work for my bar of soap. That measurement 3 and 3 quarters by 2 1/2 H
Thanks hotwheels

I would think it very strange for most templates to require 12x12 paper; a wide format printer is pretty expensive and not something most crafters have at home. If you're not sure about how the template will turn out, you can do a quick test run just using your regular printer paper instead of wasting cardstock.

I agree with Emily. All the templates I've seen take one sheet of regular size paper. Once in a while you have to print two and glue them together. I don't think you will find one for the size bar of soap you want to put in it, but I could be wrong.
