Pop up platform card

I really wanted to make one of those cards with the swing pop up Big Shot die that I have seen around on-line. However, I don't have a Big Shot, long plates or the die. So I searched around assuming there would be a template somewhere out there, but couldn't find one.

So I have made my own attempt. It is no masterpiece, but did the job so I've attached my vague attempt and hopefully others may be able to refine it.

Hope it's useful to some of you.
