There's a tutorial under resources on how to make a card organizer and this is the link to the calendar used for that project. It probaly would fit on the larger index cards. Not sure what size index cards you're using. HTH!

here's one that I made, in Word, for 4inches wide. Maybe you can change the table lines to fit the card size that you are using. It's only listed for 3 months, so you'll have to do some tweeking to have it printed for the other months. I hope that it helps.

Disney, thank you so much for the link! I am making a smaller index card about the same size as a standard card, so that calendar is too large. But I will keep it on hand in case I need it!
