Question Wipe Card?

I was wondering if anyone can explain how to do the wipe card. I just saw these and love them but can't figure out how to do them. Are there any tutorials?
Thanks for the help.
Laureen

What do you mean by a wipe card? If you're talking about applying color with a baby wipe look under baby wipes in the tutorials. If you're talking about a wiper card, I think there was one in Stampin' Success once. You could check the back issues on the SU website.

If you go to Gallery and then Techniques, there is a tutorial for the wiper card. Very easy to follow.
