Question What's on the Back??

I'm lovin' the altered composition books and clipboards. My question is... what's on the backside?? Do you cover that as well??

If so, I'd assume you use an exacto knife to trim the paper so you have a clean edge vs. wrapping the paper around the sides.

Thanks!!

When I do composition books I cover the front and the back. The front is usually fancier and the back paper--decorative paper, cs, or a combination of both. I cut the papers separately and don't wrap them around. I decorate the spine with either acrylic paint or leave it as is. HTH

Default Comp books

I cover the front and back of the composition books to match, or at least to match somewhat. I cut the paper an inch or so larger than the book and wrap the paper over the edges of the book. First I wrap carefully at the corner, then I wrap the sides in, one at a time. I also cover the inside with coordinating paper to hide the edges/seams.

The inner cover of the book has three folds, if that makes any sense, first fold is at the corner and is a triangle shaped fold going inward. Then I fold the other edges in. Sometimes I add a coluzzle (or Bazzill paper) library pocket to the front and or back inside covers.
