Hi JoAnn,

It is explained here:

Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

Sure hopes this works. Otherwise go to Paris in the Spring. There is a card done with that technique and the artist explains it there.

Hugs,

Default Floating image and other techniques

If you are looking for a great newsletter on techniques, you might want to subscribe to Technique Junkies Newsletter. Pat Huntoon puts this great newsletter out every other month and it is crammed with techniques! You can get information on her website: http://www.patstamps.com

Tell her I referred you and I'll get an issue added to my subscription!

Everytime I get a new issue from her, I see people start asking about the techniques up here and on Stampin' Discuss since so many of us start making and posting samples online after we get the newsletter!
