Default What is the best glue to use

for on tins and also for gluing paper/ card to chipboard.

I use mod-podge for adhering paper to tins. apply thin layer of the glue, add the paper, smooth out. let dry, and then you can put another coat on top of the paper to protect the surface and make it wipeable
paper to chipboard- either my Sakura glue pen if it is small detailed like letters, or most often my tombow mono multi glue (white bottle with green cap)
