I bought mine here:

It is $3.98 U.S. for the two templates.

The tuxedo box is very easy to make without a template. It is basially a 2-4-6-8 box. With a little creativity, you could probably make your own bride template.

I got a year membership to the stamp-shack.com it cost me $10.00 and they had the bride and groom templates. Plus a bunch of other templates. it was worth it to spend the 10.00
