Great Job Maggy!!! I haven't tried this. I'm pretty new at making cards but have quickly come to love it. It's beautiful

Whoopsie, silly me...I thought you said "I love the directions" Not "I'd love" so that you could attempt the card too. Sorry. I really like the card too. You could probably PM her to see if she would share the instructions.

As Vikktorea said, I'd try to PM her first. In the meantime, you might want to try something like this:

It looks like it would probably be made of 16 strips of paper cut into lengths approximately 1/2" x 4".

1. Lay 8 strips next to each other horizontally. You might want to tack them down at the very tips of the ends so that they don't move during the next steps.
2. Take the 9th strip and weave it through the first eight in a vertical line. (over, under, over, under...) to the end of the 8 strips.
3. Take the 10th strip and weave it in the same manner, but opposite order of the 9th. (under, over, under, over...)
4. Do the same for the remaining strips, alternating steps with each strip until you've used all the strips. Make sure that you tuck each strip up close to its neighbor so that you have a reasonably tight weave without warping the "fabric."
5. Set aside your new woven paper fabric, and turn to the card. It seems to be a 3.5" circle, but I'm not sure. Well, cut a circle in the position you want your fabric to show through on the front of the card.
6. Adhere your fabric on the inside of the card front. Be sure to adhere only the parts of the fabric that will actually be touching the edges of the circle, but definitely add glue/tape to the entire round. You may be best off making a 1/4" wide bit of adhesive on the inside of the card around the circle where you'll be adding the fabric.
7. I would make a 4 1/8" x 5 3/8" panel for the inside front to hide the weave, but that's just personal preference.
8. Stamp on top of the fabric from the front of the card, being careful with your positioning so that it is centered in the opening.
9. Finish card as desired.

Does this make sense? If not, please PM me. I'll try to make it clearer and maybe attempt to recreate the card and take pics of each step. I've done this type of card before, but I used ribbons woven together instead of paper.

No problem Vikktorea. I actually have PM'd her and will give her time to respond.

I can figure out the weaving part, just wanting to know the order of the steps

1) is the background stamped, coloured, then cut up and woven?
or
2) is plain paper background cut up and woven then stamped and coloured?
3) non of the above?

4) I love how the circle covers up the loose ends so I'm wondering what it looks like on the inside of the card? Is there an insert to cover the back of the weaving?
