Did you all know that when you do that you're opening yourself up to spam attacks? Spammers often use computer programs that search web pages and internet message boards for e-mail addresses to add to their mailing lists, and the usual dead giveaway is that little '@' symbol combined with the '.com' or '.net' ending. You can fool these programs by writing your address in such a way that only a human being can read it -- for example, type "username AT serviceprovider DOT com". Another solution would be to simply PM your address to the other person.
