Talking Torn Paper Marbling

I saw some cards in the gallery done by Torn Paper Marbling. Looks like what we use to do in school when we were kids...gluing the tissue paper down to make stained glass. LOL... Please...Can anyone share directions??? Thanks

I'm not sure if it's the same as what you saw, but I've seen this done with tissue paper that bleeds color. You tear it or punch shapes out of it and place them on white paper - either in a design you like or just randomly - and then spritz it with water from a spray bottle. The water makes the color bleed out of the tissue onto your white paper. When it's dry, you just brush off the tissue paper bits.

EDITED TO ADD:

I just looked at this technique in the gallery, and I'm pretty sure this isn't how those cards were done! At a guess, it looks like they used a torn sheet of paper as a mask, sponged color along the edge, moved the mask and repeated with various colors.

Thanks, I think you may be right. I will have to try it and see how it works.
