Can any of you please instruct me on how to do a toilet paper casting with a stamp? I've seen cards made this way but I'm not sure how to do it myself. Any info would help! Thanks!
Take approximately 10 square sheets of any type toilet tissue and gently wet the stack with water. Very gently press and squeeze out excess water by pressing it against the side of your sink.
With your rubber stamp on the table (rubber side up), and using a paper towel, press wet toilet tissue into the stamp's image. Squeeze out as much water as possible.
Carefully tear away excess tissue to form the desired shape. Let tissue sit in the stamp for a few minutes.
Carefully remove the tissue cast from the rubber and set aside to completely dry.
When dry, you can attach it to your card with a non-water base glue/adhesive. (Using this type glue/adhesive is very important!)
Don't know where I got that from. . . but it describes it pretty well!

The Hero Arts link is the best - the Espress Yourself card and Mug that I used for paper casting were with those directions. The big key to a great paper casting is using regular tissue paper rather than toilet paper. Unfortunately the soft tp just doesn't hold the shape the same.
The other tip I have is to use a stamp that is deeply etched - you will notice that the stamps with fine details don't give nearly the same impact as those with the deep sides.

I've tried this technique and it is great! In my case I used it on rubber stamp of a hand. It made the cutest "New Baby" card. Thanks for reminding me.
