Default Tim Holtz Alcohol Inks

I am thinking of buyign some as a craft show is coming up in my area... so I think I need blending solution and a felt applicator... but remind me again why I've become so fascinated with buying them?

What do you use yours for?

Where can I read up more on techniques?

You can get a good idea how to use it here or in my blog (pointing downwards).

hi!

i am a HUGE fan of alcohol inks and you can see lots of uses on my blog. PLUS this month my DT and i are focusing on alcohol inks and will be doing lots of techniques and tutorials for different uses.

they can create amazing, unique backgrounds and are great for coloring anything slick - lately i love using them to color die cuts i do from soda cans.

you will also want some glossy cardstock and be sure to get a couple of the metallic mixatives!

I use mine to dye homemade dew drops (hot glue dots) and to "tie dye" metals such as altoid tins or metal lunch boxes.
