They're cute cards, but I don't get what they are or how to mail them... Is there a tutorial somewhere???

Look at this link. Michelle Wooderson does beautiful tent topper cards and answers your questions in her tutorial...
But I have to admit tht I have always problems to fit them in envelopes I can find here in Britain, perhaps you are more lucky in the States...
