Default technique help

I'm looking for a way to display hair from a first haircut on my son's scrapbook, any ideas?

I have seen it put in a vellum envelope and sealed with the info on it. Taishea

They actually sell clear, celophane envelopes in a few different sizes in the scrapbook/craft stores. They seal, too. I think they are made by 3M. Good luck.
