stampin' success card help
Hello Stampers,
I would like to make the card that is in the stampin' success April 2006 issue for my DD b-day invitation.
I looked on the website and it only gives color ingredients not instructions on how to make it.
It is the card on page 20. It has the semi circles with the party hat on it.
I need your help ASAP.Her party is in two weeks and I have not even started.
I might have to buy them ( NOOOOOOOOO!) Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
