Default DTP = Direct to Paper?

Ok - I know this is a really easy technique, but could you just refresh me - also I saw a card in the gallery using DTP technique - I am assuming that is what it stands for.

Thanks!

I don't think of this as any one particular technique...it just refers to touching the stamp pad directly to the paper. For example, a lot of people like to hold their cardstock in one hand and just swipe the ink pad against the edges of the cardstock to add a little color to the edges. Or you can touch the whole stamp pad (full-size or spots) down onto the the paper. You can use a single color, multiple colors (put lightest color down first, next lightest next, etc.).

(Oh yes, DTP does mean direct to paper)

IVe done DTP so many different ways including all the ones windycitystamper mentioned so maybe if you could link the card we could explain the technique better for you. If you don't know how to link just let me know and I'll help you out.
