Default Shaving Cream Technique with Cool Whip?

All hubby's shaving cream is that darn GEL stuff. I know I can mix it up to make it like the cream, BUT what if I used Cool Whip from the container? You know the one the kids all stick in their mouth and spray....actually I should probably go and make sure there is some of that left! I'll bet the kids have eaten it all! lol

I really want to make some cards tonight, and was hoping there is an alternative to shaving cream.

Does anyone know?

Thanks

I would think that it would make your project sticky unlike the shaving cream

Is this the thing where you end up with a marble effect? How do you do it? What kind of ink do you use?

Default shaving cream

yes it is. You put a layer of shaving cream in a pan large enough for your paper to lay into. The shaving cream only has to be maybe 1-2 inches thick. Then you add several drops of different color reinkers, up to 3 different colors. Carefully run a a knife through the shaving cream making the inks look marbled. Do not mix to much as it will make your colors muddy. Lay a piece of cardstock on top of your shaving cream. Carefully and lightly tap you hand on the top of you cs making sure that all of the under neith side comes in contack with the shaving cream. Carefully lift your paper out of the pan. I leave mine sit for just a couple of minutes and then use a paper towel and wipe off the shaving cream. You will have a very beautiful marbled background. Sometimes you can get a second and third sheet of paper. You can also add more ink if needed being careful not to get muddy.
Have fun. There is also a great tutorial in the resource gallery and if I remember correctly, it has pictures with it.
Good luck.
