Has anyone done a Rolodex Card????

I participated in some swaps on another site. We just ocvered the rolodex card with printed paper, embellished some, added a quote and cut out the holes to be able to place the card in the acutal rolodex. Covered both front and back.
Some did monthly quotes, getting to know you info, etc.
