Default reflection technique??

I thought I saw it here on this forum. I remember reading about it once and the card that was used in the tutorial was of a deer with a lot of blue around the edges and background. Can someone show me where to find the instructions?

This is not the deer, however it is the reflection technique - hope it helps.
