Default Puffy flower tutorial

I saw a tutorial from a girl who made the puffy flowers using punched out circles from book pages. I thought I had bookmarked it but now I can't find it. Does anyone know who I am talking about? Thanks in advance for any help.

Oh, these are great! Will have to try! Do you think it would work just as well with scrapbooking paper?
