Default portfolio covers
does anyone have th instructins for making covers for jr. legal pads with the portfoilo covers you buy for kids homework, etc. I saw them somewhere, didn't save it, and forgot where it was. All I remember is that you begin by cutting the portfolio in half. Thanks so much for the help.
