Default Polished Stone Color Combos ???

I just finished my first polished stone card, which can be seen here...
Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

...And I was wondering what are some of your favorite color combos to use with this technique.

I saw a great card in the Stampers Showcase that used barely banana, more mustard, basic black and gold with the "In the Wild" set.

Where can I get a platinum reinker? How close is it to silver? And, sorry if this is stupid, is Gold Rush the same as the Encore gold.

Must buy more reinkers immediately!
