Can someone please tell me how to cut/score a pocket that would adhere to the front of a card. I can't find directions in the resources section. It's not really a "pocket card". I know I've seen pix of them before here on SCS. It's a regular card with a pocket/envelope shape on the front of the card that often has hearts or flowers "spilling" out of it. Thanks so much and happy stamping!
I'm not sure this is what you're looking for, but maybe it will help! It is a link to Criss Cross cards. I haven't made one of these yet. They are one of the types on my "to do" list!
gingerd, that 's not what I was talking about, but I'm glad you posted that as I haven't made a criss cross card in a long time and I really like them. I think you'll find them easy to do once you get started. The type I'm talking about was on a card posted here on SCS 1/26/2011, poster: darlenedesign and the title of the card is "pocket full of hearts". She has a video which is fun to watch, but doesn't include the dimensions of the envelope. Maybe that will help explain what I'm looking for.
Thanks again for the criss cross reminder - maybe I'll do a few of these on this very cold wintry day in IL.
I tried that, but didn't hear back. Maybe the message didn't go through for some reason and I'll try again. Or I could not be lazy and try to design my own - lol! Thanks!
Thank you so very much! I did the Google search as you suggested and found exactly what I was looking for and a whole lot more! I really appreciate the help! Happy Stampin'!
Hey - glad you found what you needed. Also, wanted to tell you something I forget to do sometimes on this board: check the Downloads forum. There are lots of templates and project tips there that aren't listed in the Resource section.
