Default Pearl Ex and Future on Window sheets
I read somewhere on this site about using this technique to paint the window sheets to use in christmas ornaments. I tried it but the pearl ex just looked clumped. Am I doing something wrong? I haven't tried this technique on cardstock yet.

Thanks for any help you can give me.
