Here is a link to a template for post-it note covers. I think it should work (the pattern, not the link!)- Just put the slit in the bottom flap and tuckthe top flap in. (Not sure if the top flap might need to be a little longer...) http://www.victorineoriginals.com/post_it_note.pdf
