Default What is it called?

I've looked and looked and can't find a name for the technique where you use glossy cs and Versa Mark the stamp, then use a brayer to ink up the remaining cs. Can anyone help?

I think allee's right. Joseph's coat is colored underneath, embossed, then brayered I think. But that's just me, I'm not sure I got the joseph's coat right.
