Money Card Template

I am trying to find a template for making a Money Holder card. I have searched the sites that I know of without success.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

If you look at the Little Layers 2 I spiration Sheet it has a card on it that has acorns on the front. On the back it has the measurements. I used it as a template and then took a gift card put it inside and used a hobby knife to cut slits on the four corners to fit the giftcard in. I did this at Christmas for a giftcard holder and all my customers loved it. There is also something similar on the Happy Hearts Inspiration Sheet. Hope this helps.

I have a money holder that is a tri-fold design made from one piece of cardstock. It would have to go in a business envelope because of the size. Let me know if you would like the measurments and I will try to describe it to you.
